#236: Your Nintendo Update
Your Nintendo digest for the week ending June 13.
|
E E E. Hi, here’s issue #236 of Switch Weekly, with your Nintendo update. First things first — I had my first dose of the Covid vaccine earlier today (yay), so I’m not feeling 100%. As such apologies if I’ve missed anything obvious from the week’s news – quite easy to do during E3 anyway! 😅 The biggest thing you need to know about right now is Mario + Rabbids: Sparks of Hope . It was officially announced yesterday during Ubisoft’s E3 presentation, however it actually showed up in error a few hours earlier on Nintendo’s own site. Oops . Kinda amusing though when it’s Nintendo themselves doing the leaking. Anyway, the intro trailer looks real good, and Rabbid Luma is adorable ok. I really ought to play the first game now… 😬 There’s just over 15 games hitting the Switch next week — a bit quieter than usual, and nothing that’s particularly noteworthy. However, expect that to change, as with it being E3, we’re bound to get the odd shadow dropped game or two. As ever, Switch Scores remains a solid resource for keeping tabs on what’s coming out, and whether it’s any good.
Finally, with Nintendo’s E3 Direct just a few days away, I’m once again inviting you to
