Sued by Nintendo website

This website catalogs Nintendo’s long history of lawsuits

A Snapshot of Nintendo’s Legal Legacy

A hobbyist website has taken on the challenge of listing out Nintendo’s varied history in filing lawsuits and issuing cease and desist notices.

The site is clearly far from comprehensive, missing notable recent cases such as the suit involving streamer Jesse Keighin for example, but nonetheless it offers an interesting high-level overview of just some of the biggest legal dramas from over the past nearly 40 years — and it paints a certain picture seeing them all together in this way, ala Google graveyard.

Examples found on the page, created by Camilo Zambrano, include Nintendo suing the Game Genie, taking down various ROM sites, and challenging Palworld developer Pocketpair. The site also highlights a handful of various controversies too.
