Overall, it’s something of an ” uneven Zelda love letter ” that’s hugely entertaining, but performance issues scupper ” the game’s ludicrous highs “. Hirun Cryer at GamesRader called it ” an ace accomplice to Breath of the Wild “. Neal Ronaghan at Nintendo World Report said this spinoff ” successfully deepends the lore ” of the BotW world and is a ” soundly enjoyable ” Musou game, but also noted technical issues.
