This week Nintendo chose to share updated plans for the Switch’s online subscription service.
The big news:
It won’t be launching in 2017.
The better news:
Subscribers will now have
“ongoing access to a library of classic games with added online play”
. This is a welcome change, with Nintendo offering up something more akin to Netflix:
If you pay a sub, you get the goods.
Anyway, not much else to say this week, I guess it’s the relative calm before the storm of E3.
