#290: Your Nintendo Update

Hey , Chris here with issue #290 of Switch Weekly — sporting a fresh new look . I hope you’ve had a great week.

First things first, I want to extend a huge thanks to the absolute email wizard Rémi for his efforts in sprucing up the very email newsletter you’re looking at right now. The reading experience should now be vastly improved, with enhanced legibility, dark mode support, and better support across different email clients. There will no doubt be a tweak or two to make along the way, so if you have any feedback or hit any snags please do just hit reply to this email and let me know.

The highlight for Nintendo fans this week? Well, it has to be that rather fresh looking new Splatoon-themed OLED .

Beyond that, we got word that E3 will be back in-person, in L.A for 2023 (with a new company organising). It always did feel like the ‘E3’ brand was something too important to just dissapear.

Anyway, next week we’ve got around 30 games hitting the Switch . I’ve highlighted a few that caught my eye in the full list below. Lemme know if you’re gonna grab any.

Finally, running this newsletter means I’m always on the hunt for neat Nintendo trinkets, as such — my Etsy recommendations have taken something of a turn …
