Splatoon Raiders is a single-player spin-off arriving on Switch 2 this summer — Yep, it’s a Splatoon adventure game, but you and three buddies can play through it together. I’m down for this. Chris Brandrick // Hanafuda Report Final Fantasy XIV coming to Switch 2 in August Imran Khan // Restart.run Gamers sue Nintendo, demanding the company give any tariff refunds back to consumers — I’m not sure what the mechanism for success here would be, but it’s an interesting early move all the same. Chris Brandrick // Hanafuda Report PREVIEW Yoshi and the Mysterious Book begs curiosity from its players — “it’s taking a page out of some of Nintendo’s newer catalog of exploratory games. It’s putting the focus a bit more on experimentation and exploration“. Also, worth reading for the Shy Guy ‘Hanks’ anecdote. Restart.run Nintendo and Spotify Bring Nostalgia with New ‘Super Mario Galaxy’ Playlists — We’ve been asking for Nintendo music on streaming services for years. Nintendo Music went some way to scratch that itch, and now there’s this. Spotify Miyamoto says he was surprised Mario Galaxy movie reviews were even harsher than the first — …ok.
